Refund & Cancellation Policy

Msaken is currently free to use

Searching for homes, posting listings and contacting owners and tenants on the Msaken website and app are currently completely free.

Msaken does not charge any fees or take any payments through the website or the app, so there is nothing to refund.

Payments between users

Any rent, deposit or down payment agreed between an owner and a tenant is paid directly between them, not through Msaken. Msaken is not a party to that agreement and cannot refund those amounts.

We recommend not paying anything before viewing the property and signing a written contract.

Cancelling your account or a listing

You can delete or deactivate your listing at any time from My Listings, and you can ask for your account to be deleted from your account settings or by contacting us.

If paid services are added

If Msaken adds paid services in the future, we will publish their prices in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and their refund and cancellation terms on this page before taking any payment.
